Jordan Doropoulos is a 500-hour trained yoga teacher and qualified practitioner in various modalities. He specialises in meditation, mindfulness coaching, cacao ceremonies, and is currently studying to become a breath science practitioner. Jordan’s personal practice began over a decade ago. He was first introduced to meditation at 15, as a tool to cope with stress and anxiety from playing high-level sport. He quickly realized the amazing health benefits and transformative power of this practice.

A few years later he was introduced to yoga and eventually left his successful career as an electrician to become a full-time wellness practitioner.

Jordan is deeply committed to sharing the tools and modalities that have helped him live a happier, more meaningful life. His teaching style is energizing yet grounding, with an emphasis on being present in the moment, helping you connect with your breath & body.
