Prenatal yoga
-The intention of this series (4 classes) is to empower women to develop the mental & physical strength to get through pregnancy, birth and beyond.
Classes include:
-Yoga poses suitable for pregnancy to cultivate strength & flexibility for labour and postnatal recovery.
-Breathing techniques to facilitate stress reduction & overall wellbeing through pregnancy and birth
-Mantra, meditation and guided visualisation
-Yoga nidra for pregnancy
-Pelvic floor strengthening
-Connection with other women going through the same experience

Dr Talia Steed, author of Body Wisdom & Yoga Teacher.
Dr Talia although medically trained by background, was propelled on a journey that led her to explore beyond the realm of the physical, into the role of mind and spirit.
Her holistic approach integrates all aspects of our being, body, mind and soul Through her pregnancy yoga series, Dr Talia aims to support & empower women to face the challenges of pregnancy, birth and beyond.
This series supports women to activate their inner feminine strength within and cultivate an even deeper connection to self and baby.
